Job description

We are looking for a Regional Customer Service & Logistic (CS&L) Manager. With manufacturing as a core business, the Regional Customer Service and Logistics role is strategic for the company\xe2\x80\x99s transformation. The talent will be a leader to drive for JB Cocoa\xe2\x80\x99s post-sales experience and drive for improvement. The incumbent is expected to drive the optimization of end-to-end Supply Chain till goods are received by our customers. He/She will demonstrate a strong business sense and awareness of the challenges in supply chain management across countries. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement logistic plans, budgets and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs within budget constraints.
• Prepare and monitor budgets according to plan and ensure maximum utilization of logistic resources
• Manage customs bonding procedure & other relevant compliance requirement.
• Maintain the highest standard of customer service by immediately attending and resolving the customer issues on our product delivery.
• Provide the analysis on the transit time for both inbound and outbound logistic and seeking for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Masters or Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, Supply chain management, logistics or similar relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the field of supply chain management, transportation, planning, logistic operation or other logistics related function.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics program management including previous experience working with supply chain and a thorough understanding of best practice.
• Experienced as a People Manager supervising a team. Demonstrated leadership ability to be manage teams and to interact across geographies and organizational levels
• Project leadership experience is a plus, able to manage multiple projects
• Hands on experience with MRP/ ERP systems ie SAP
• Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
• 10% travel will be required.
