Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree and above.
- English (B2 CEFR) + fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Min. 1 year Trainer experience in BPO/Contact Centre (e-commerce/marketplace preferred).
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and content development skills. Able to adapt training across multiple programs.
- Flexible to support various business lines.
- Must work on-site at Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
- Deliver onboarding & refresher trainings (orientation, product, systems, service skills).
- Address performance gaps via targeted training & coaching.
- Prepare/update training materials & modules.
- Evaluate trainee performance & provide feedback.
- Track attendance, completion & results for reporting.
- Work with Ops, QA & Training Manager to align goals.
- Create a positive, engaging learning environment.
