Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible to assist engineering manager to provide basic CSA design during tender stage, generate technical proposals, tender costing to support for new business potentials. During project execution, incumbent shall assist project engineer to prepare technical submittal, variation order and test plan.

Responsibilities:

Key focus on CSA design and hands on support for CSA discipline; Preferable to have RC Structural, Steel Structural and Architectural system knowledge; To support engineering managers on all project activities; To work within the engineering team and be involved in all aspects of EPC projects from design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up; Review technical inquiries and tender document; Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering works; Assist in costing and budgetary proposal meeting technical requirements; Assist in the design of various systems and be responsible for preparation and submission of engineering design documentation, procurement packages; Coordinate as well as technically clarify with local and international suppliers and subcontractors; Other extra work assignments from the department when needed;

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in CSA field
Working Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in engineering design and project Management or Construction Management within the industry
Technical & Professional Knowledge:

Familiar with the Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and AutoCAD Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with progressive leadership skills Good written and spoken English Considerable knowledge of industry standards, building codes and practices, construction law, guidelines and procedures Willing to travel in domestic base on project basis
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
