A Snapshot of Your Day

As a CSA Senior Engineer, your day involves coordinating structural and architectural designs, reviewing drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and construction issues, manage interfaces with other disciplines (MEP, BIM), and support site activities to keep the project on track. Your focus is on delivering structurally sound, aesthetically aligned, and constructible solutions from design through to execution.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead and review civil, structural, and architectural design deliverables for compliance and constructability Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration of CSA works with MEP and other trades Conduct design risk assessments and provide technical solutions to resolve conflicts and site issues Support authority submission processes and ensure designs meet local codes and project specifications Supervise site implementation of CSA works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution Drive value engineering and continuous improvement in structural and architectural designs

What You Bring

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 8 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural design and coordination Strong knowledge of local construction codes, materials, and structural design standards Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS) Hands-on experience with BIM coordination and multi-discipline interface management Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills in managing consultants and site teams Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering safe, efficient, and compliant design solutions

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
