Job Description
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review group CSR policy and implement the process within the organization.
- Establishes the proper strategy & good practices for training local employees on sustainability issues and challenges.
- Study and help implement best practices for packaging, water and energy.
- Responsible for social and ethnics policy.
- Strives to understand and explain technical aspects of CSR, including agricultural, industrial, renewable energy, environmental, carbon footprint, ethical as well as social.
- Motivating for people to learn from and get involved in CSR activities.
5 years in CSR or similar field,
Exposure in agriculture industry would be added advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business & department heads is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work at Rawang.
