• Diploma in Culinary Arts, or a related field
• Compulsory to have 6 months of experience with food and beverage product development
• At least 6 months of experience with basic culinary Knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel skills

Tanggungjawab

• Conduct research and analysis to support product development activities, including literature reviews, ingredient sourcing, and product testing.
• Assist with the formulation and optimization of new products, including recipe development, product testing, and sensory evaluation.
• Help to maintain and update testing kitchen equipment and facilities, including ordering supplies, cleaning equipment, and performing routine maintenance and calibration.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure that new products meet customer needs and are aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of research and development activities, including experimental data, test results, and formulation information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the R&D team.
