Job description
To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers.
Handle import doc such as customs form k1, invoices, shipping documents.
Coordinate with customs and freight forwards for smooth shipment clearance.
Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers.
Track and monitor incoming shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve issue related to delays or incorrect documentation.
Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
Maintain a systematic document filing.
Perform general office duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
