Job Description

Responsible for the declaration of Customs forms (K1, K2, K3, K8, ZB1, ZB2) in accordance with regulatory requirements Prepare and submit Import & Export declarations through the relevant customs systems Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the operational daily work Ensure that all documentation comply with Malaysian customs laws and regulations Resolve customs related queries, discrepancies or inspection issues promptly Liaise with relevant stakeholders and coordinate with internal department Any other responsibility as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management

Job Requirements

Minimum diploma/ Bachelor degree qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain , Business Administration or any field At least 2-4 years relevant working experience in freight forwarding operations Able to work independently with minimum supervision Strong communication skills Proactive and problem-solving mindset Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (added advantage) (verbal and written)
