Prepare, process, and submit import and export customs declarations using relevant platforms such as MyCIEDS, SMK, ZB, DagangNet, VGM, and Gate Pass systems.
Ensure all customs submissions comply with Malaysian Customs regulations, including accurate HS Code classification.
Coordinate closely with Royal Malaysian Customs, port authorities, shipping lines, warehouses, and transport providers to facilitate smooth cargo clearance.
Review and validate duties, permits, FTA forms, exemption letters, and all related trade documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Provide regular and timely shipment status updates to internal operations teams and clients.
Prepare and issue billing and invoicing to customers in accordance with completed clearance activities.
