Greet visitor at arrivals and departures and provide assistance as required
Provide assistance on patient registration, appointment scheduling, screening and accompanying patients to appropriate units or consultants
Explain to patients on the admission and discharge process
To liaise with insurance company & TPA
Attend to incoming calls according to the standard operating procedures
Maintenance of telephone records
All other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
At minimum possess a Certificate and/or Diploma in any discipline
Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience
Able to work on shift schedules
Work experience in Customer Service Industry, Clinic Administrations, Hospital Industry will be an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral)
Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
