Customer Care Assistant
.
Key Responsibilities :-
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, social media (Messenger, WhatsApp), and other channels.
Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Work closely with internal departments such as Purchase, Transport, Warehouse, and Operations in order to ensure smooth order processing, deliveries, and service appointments (in-house and on-site).
Handle daily tasks such as preparing quotations, tracking orders, generating invoices and cash bills, and processing backorders.
Follow up on quotations and customer payments to ensure timely settlements.
Communicate regularly with service outlets to ensure job completions meet deadlines.
Proactively inform customers about any potential delays due to stock or logistical issues.
Collect and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights with management to drive service improvements.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Windscreen2U's products and services.
Assist in refining customer service processes and provide administrative support to workshop operations.
Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements :-
1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service with a strong sense of urgency.
Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in cloud-based spreadsheet tools, particularly
Google Sheets
and
Microsoft Excel
.
Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
(weekday rest day will be provided).
