Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Greet visitors at arrivals and departures and provide assistance courteously \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer all in-coming call within 3 rings, routes calls after screening \xe2\x80\xa2 Take messages with accuracy and relay the messages timely \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintenance of telephone records \xe2\x80\xa2 All other responsibilities as assigned Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 At minimum possess a Certificate and/or Diploma in any discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work on shift schedules is a prerequisite \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience in Customer Service, Healthcare and Hospitality industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken
