• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proven experience in customer service and telesales/telemarketing roles
• Ability to work responsibly and effectively, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability
• Able to respond to client inquiries outside of standard working hours and on weekends where necessary
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus

• Respond professionally to inbound inquiries from multiple channels: phone calls, emails, live chats, whatsapp and other social media accounts
• Identify and escalate client issues and inquiries appropriately
• Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails
• Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources
• Be able to handle urgent customer inquiries outside of work hours or during weekends where necessary
