Position: Customer Care Consultant 
 
Location: Subang Hi-Tech Shah Alam, Selangor 
 
Working Hours: Rotating shift (Earliest shift STARTS at 6.30 am, Latest shift ENDS at 2.00 am) (9 hours shift) 
 
Employment Type: 1-year contract (renewable based on performance) 
 
 
 
Salary: 
 
Basic Salary: RM 1800.00 - RM 2000.00 
 
Shift & Transport Allowance: RM 500.00 (Depending on working schedule) 
 
Monthly Performance Incentives: up to RM 1,250.00

Responsible to handle inbound call and assist on customers' inquiries pertaining to the company products and services. 
 
Responsible for keeping abreast of the product knowledge, marketing campaigns, systems, processes and technology content displays. 
 
 
 
Job Requirements: 
 
SPM/Diploma/Degree in Customer Service or any equivalent. 
 
Minimum 1 year of working experience in service industry preferably in a call center. 
 
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for both spoken and written. 
 
Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills. 
 
MUST be able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays. 
 
Able to start immediately with short notice is an added advantage. 
 
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. 
 
Training will be provided. 
 
MUST be willing to work in Shah Alam and possess own transport.
