Customer Care Consultant Working Hours: Rotating shift (5 days per week, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Sun,
(Earliest shift STARTS at 6.30 am, Latest shift ENDS at 1.00 am)
(9 hours shift + 1 hour meal) Working Location: Lot 10 Jalan Delima 1/1, Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, 40000 Shah Alam,
Selangor Employment Type: starting at least 1-year contract (renewable based on performance) Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound call and email enquiry for prepaid and postpaid Digi customer
• Handling general enquiry such as billing or roaming services inquiry from customer.
• Assist in resolve customer issue regarding Digi services
• Upselling or cross-selling or promoting Digi product and services when customer enquiry about the promotion and services

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM with some customer service relevant experience
• Fresh Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree graduates are welcome to apply.
• Can speak both English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport
• Willing to work flexible shift, during weekend or public holidays.

Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
