Job Scope:
  • Handle inbound calls regarding customer\'s general enquiries and complaints.
  • Provide updated and accurate information to the customer\'s enquiries.
  • Promoting company latest promotion to call-in customers.
Remunerations:
  • Basic salary - RM2000 - 2200
  • Monthly Shift & Transport allowance \xe2\x80\x93 up to Max RM 500 (averagely can get RM 300- RM400)
  • Commission scheme: 16 times per year - Average commissions: RM 800 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 2000++
  • OT claimable (Meal allowance)
Requirements:
  • SPM holder with call centre OR customer service experience
  • Fresh Diploma holders are welcome!
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, New-Grad
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
