We're Hiring - Customer Care Consultant (Postpaid)
Location: Sunway Pinnacle
Start: 13 Oct 2025 | 3-Month Contract
RM2,800 + Language Allowance (for Mandarin) + OT
9 AM-6 PM / 10 AM-7 PM (Weekends Off)
Mandarin & Non-Mandarin Speakers
Strong communication & writing skills (English & BM)
Min. 1 year Contact Centre experience - preferably in Postpaid Customer Service
Customer-oriented & great interpersonal skills
Upsell & cross-sell skills (e.g., Maxis Home Fibre, plan upgrades)
Basic digital literacy (Apps, WhatsApp, ChatBOT)
Technical support knowledge for Fibre & Mobile is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
