RM2,500-RM3,400 + Phone Rebate + Shift Allowance + OT + Incentives
24-month contract (renewable/convertible)
Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, resolve enquiries, provide excellent service & upsell products.
Requirements: Min. 1 yr contact center exp, good in Eng & BM (Mandarin bonus), customer-focused, willing to work shifts/weekends/PH.
Rotational shifts | 5 days/week | 8 hrs/day
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
