Appointment Management: Assist customers in scheduling beauty services, arrange appointment times effectively based on customer needs and the availability of beauty professionals, ensuring a smooth beauty experience for customers. Issue Resolution: Patiently listen to customers\' questions and needs, assist in resolving potential issues such as appointment adjustments, service complaints, etc., ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of the beauty salon. Environment Maintenance: Keep the beauty salon clean and organized, ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment, provide customers with a comfortable and safe environment, and create a pleasant beauty atmosphere.
