Customer Service Agents - Call Center Digital Banking -SG

Working Location:

Petaling Jaya, Section 16 (Walking distance from MRT Phileo Damansara Station)

Working Hours:

24/7 rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 rotational off days)

Shift hours:

7:00am - 4:00pm

9:00am - 6:00pm

2:00pm - 11:00pm

10:30pm - 7:30am

Salary & Allowances

Basic Salary: RM2,400 - RM3,000

Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM300/month

Quarterly KPI Allowance: RM400 - RM1,800/month
Language Allowance (Mandarin):RM500/month (to handle English & Mandarin-speaking clients)

Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email regarding digital banking products and services

Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally

Record all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately

Meet monthly KPIs

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Provide empathetic and effective support

Handle inquiries related to online/mobile banking and other digital platforms

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in

Inbound CS (Banking/Finance/e-Wallet/Payment Gateway)

is preferred

Candidates with

3-4 years of inbound call center

experience are strongly encouraged to apply

Excellent English communication

skills (spoken & written) are required

Strong interpersonal skills and customer handling experience

Able to work in a

fast-paced

environment with high call/chat/email volume

Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and CRM systems

Familiarity with

digital banking products or e-wallets is an added advantage

Willing to work

rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
