Position: Customer Care Executive (Fibre/Technical) Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable based on performance) Working Location: Sunway Pinnacle Salary Package:

• Basic: RM 2,500 - RM 3,400 (based on academic qualification and related working experience)
• Shift Allowances: RM 5/morning, RM 15/afternoon
• Mandarin Language Allowance: RM 350 (for fluent Mandarin speaker)
• Overtime - Based on schedule
• Telco Staff Line Rebate: RM 180

s:

• Handle inbound calls and manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries & complaints about fibre-related inquiries, requests, and complaints (product and system knowledge training will be provided).
• Responsible for keeping abreast of the company\'s products, services, marketing campaigns, systems, processes, and technology content displays.

Job Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma / Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience in handling fibre issues / technical support.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to work on rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Compulsory: Fully vaccinated with one booster dose for Covid-19.
• Malaysians only and shortlisted candidates will be notified.
