Salary range : RM 2,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 3,500
To provide operational support by answering calls (our company software phone and online queries and provide technical solution to the issues (i.e answering technical issue in our company phone apps \xe2\x80\x93 Atlas).
To educate the apps users on how to use new features or add on programs.
To identify and provide feedback from customers to support team for continuous improvement.
To summarize all FAQ and do documentation for further improvement.
To update reported issues and work closely with IT department technical support team to assure quality client customer service.
Job Requirement
Candidates possess at least SPM certificate.
Energetic and self-motivated
Team player
Good communication skills, outspoken
Ability to organize daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to handle fast-paced working environment.
Internet savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
