Job Responsibility
  • Manage a high volume of daily inquiries (email, live chat, phone call, Whatsapp, social media, etc) by providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Assist and guide customers to place orders on our sales channels
  • Take the extra mile to engage and to deliver the best customer service to all of our customers.
  • Resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face in a timely manner and follow up closely to ensure resolution.
  • Work closely with the production and operation team to ensure products and services rendered can achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Improve the operational systems, processes, and best practices in support of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s mission.
  • Contribute to the short and long-term organizational planning strategy.
Requirements
  • Possess an excellent command of the English language.
  • The ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin will be a strong added advantage.
  • Proven working experience in a sales or customer care role.
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-initiator with a high sense of urgency.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment (start-up experience is a plus).
  • Excels at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
  • Passionate about enhancing customer experience to promote retention and loyalty.
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations.
  • Attention to detail and analytical.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration.
  • Data and performance-oriented, able to identify and manage up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Knowledge in using any CRM tool will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer product support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Overtime pay

All employees are required to perform temperature screening before entering the office and wear a mask at all times. Common surfaces are sanitized regularly. Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
