Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Candidates with experience in telesales / call centre (outbound) has added advantage.
Able to converse and write well in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service.
Able to work on shift, irregular and weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Perform outbound call and use social platform to contact customer (list provided) to welcome newly registered customer and offer exclusive promotion to the customer.
To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
To contribute in team effort by accomplishing related results as needed individually and as a team player with the guidance and coaching of your Team Manager.
