Air Liquide began operations in Malaysia in 1927 and is one of the pioneers of the gas industry in Malaysia. Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia, comprising both sales offices and production facilities, Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production, including industrial and specialty gases, energy solutions, application technologies and services. As a Customer Care Executive, you are responsible to be the point of contact for the customer. You are also responsible for order & invoice management and responding to customer feedbacks and claims.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Customer assistance

  • Point of contact - General queries from customers from web, email and calls, in a timely and professional manner, while optimising the duration of call.
  • Communicates to internal stakeholders relating to customer concerns and escalates, notifies customer care manager of business impacting problems.
  • Answers incoming fax, letters and emails and web portal questions using guidance from AL written policy.
Order management
  • Management of customer purchase orders.
  • Verifies new customer accounts and works with Sales support team for creation and correctness of accounts in the business systems
  • Checks for completeness of commercial requirements and ensures that order details in the system matches customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements as indicated in customer documents
Invoicing management
  • Answer customer specific questions regarding sales to invoice related documents.
  • Might proceed corrective actions or transfer to marketing, and coordinate with them
Responsiveness to customer feedback and claims
  • Responding to customer request for Coc/CoA (copy not creation of CoC or CoA)
  • Responding to customer request for consumption analysis
  • Responding & updating customers about their claims
Are you a MATCH?

Degree in Business with minimum 1-3 years experience in Manufacturing, Chemical Gas or related industries.

Team player, independent and good problem-solving skills

Excellent tele-communication skills and customer oriented.
