We are looking for friendly and attentive individuals to join our inbound customer service team. Your main role will be to assist customers over the phone, answer their questions, and provide solutions with a positive attitude.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide accurate information about products and services
Record and update customer details in the system
Resolve issues politely and escalate when necessary
Deliver excellent service that leaves a good impression
What We're Looking For
Minimum SPM qualification with 1-year Experiance
Must Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Patient, polite, and able to handle different customer personalities
Basic computer knowledge
