Requirements
Successful candidates will be working or located at Perodua 3S Bukit Rimau, Shah Alam (New Outlets) or Perodua 3S Jln. Klang Lama, KL.
Qualification: SPM/Diploma/Degree in a related discipline.
Preferably candidate with at least one year working experience in customer service or related field.
Entry level applicant are encouraged to apply.
Good command of English is advantages.
Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy in MS Office.
Willing to work during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holidays.
Responsibilities
Good appearance and attractive character.
Handle incoming calls from customers, customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up and resolve customers' enquiries and issues.
Retain customers by recommending products and services that best serve customers' needs.
Promote company products and services thru social media (Instagram, FB, TikTok etc.).
Work closely with team members and leaders to achieve monthly intake service target and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Attending to customer enquiry and request.
