Provide good quality customer service to SingTel customers via voice support.
Make an Impact by:
Provide outbound call (with script given) to potential customers to promote and sell products/ service
To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaint to other stakeholder or next level, within the agreed procedure
Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results & productivity
Proactively identify areas for service & procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
Skills for Success:
At least Diploma in Business Admin or relevant course of study
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill
Proactive & have great sense of urgency
Good Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Able to identify customers' needs through conversation
Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time
