Job Description


Ambassador and Champion of Customer Care Centre (CCC) \xe2\x80\xa2 Be an ambassador and champion of Operational Excellence for all Divisions \xc2\xb7 Implementation & standardization of CCC Structure, System & Process (including generating the value-stream mapping on CCC processes) \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in service operations and meeting individual & group targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure efficient CCC order processing [eg. manage customer requested ship date (CRD)] and clearance of CCC-purchased stock (eg. Delivered not Invoiced, Loan/WIP/Consignment, Open SO, Open PO, Cross Dock, Direct Delivery & Production Orders) \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify the operation challenges faced by the CCC staff in all divisions and propose solutions accordingly \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead & carry out process improvement to overcome operation challenges (eg. manual processes automation) \xe2\x80\xa2 Some travel to other divisions may be required to support business needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Degree in Business Administration or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant field \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong computer skills and familiar with ERP System, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong command of English both verbal & written and Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates the ability to meet tight deadlines and make quick decisions in a very versatile environment. \xc2\xb7 Leadership attributes the self-motivated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the ability to make recommendations and influence the targeted audience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong team spirit player with a positive attitude and the drive to improve processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to commute to Bangi
