Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, Telegram, email, live chat, or social media. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to address customer needs. Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes, products, or services. Meet or exceed service level targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Assist in onboarding new customers and providing guidance on product or service usage. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices. Contribute to team efforts by achieving individual and departmental KPIs.

Job Requirements:



Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in customer service, call centre, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/customer service software. Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts (if required).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
