Job Description


Oversee and manage daily customer interactions, order processing, logistics inquiries, and complaint resolution, ensuring alignment with company values and strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally, liaising with various internal teams, monitoring inventory, facilitating smooth deliveries, and driving improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Core Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the team to uphold the company\'s values and strategy.
  • Manage daily orders and communication, logging interactions into the CRM system.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for product, sales, and logistics information.
  • Collaborate with various teams (finance, demand, logistics, sales) to address key priorities.
  • Monitor orders against available inventory and ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for customer deliveries.
  • Assist in accounts receivable for key accounts and address overdue invoices.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Drive improvement initiatives for enhanced customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Maintain updated record-keeping folders.
  • Attend daily meetings to report concerns and responsibilities assigned by the Customer Service Leader.
Regional exposure (European market)|Regional stakeholder managementQualified candidates will have:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience in order management. Experience in logistics or 3PL industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ERP, CRM.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
  • Work in a team or independently
