About the Role
We're seeking enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join us as Client Engagement Executives.
What You'll Do
? Build meaningful connections with clients by understanding their goals, needs, and challenges.
? Provide clear, accurate information and recommend suitable solutions to support clients effectively.
? Maintain consistent communication and foster long-term client relationships.
? Keep records and handle simple administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
? Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and team discussions to develop your skills.
? Stay updated on service changes and improvements to better support clients.
Who We're Looking For
? Fresh graduates or early-career individuals -- no experience needed!
?Basic Salary RM5000 + Attractive Performance Bonus
? Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with people.
? Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
? Open to feedback and able to work both independently and in a team.
? Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
