The Customer Engagement Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, generating sales, providing consulting services to customers, engaging with customers across various social media platforms, fostering a positive online presence and promoting brand loyalty, and overseeing the execution of pre-planned social media posts, maintaining consistency with the company\'s brand and marketing strategies.
