JOB LOCATIONS : Georgetown, Penang Federal Highway, Petaling Jaya Glenmarie, Shah Alam Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur Ipoh, Perak Johor Bahru, Johor JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Greet and welcome walk-in customers and guests Attend to customers\' needs Assign customers to Sales Executives / Customer Service Consultants Handle first level customer queries/complaints Answer incoming & redirect calls, and take & forward messages Conduct post-delivery CSI/CLI surveys Conduct service reminder or any Sales/After Sales customer related calls Contribute and participate in company / MBM related / organised events and roadshows Manage incoming mail and packages Take and keep proper records/logs of walk-ins, demos, etc Prepare reports and handle general administration JOB REQUIREMENTS : Min Diploma/ Degree in qualification Possess minimum 2-3 year customer service/ frontline working experience. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Chinese dialects/ Mandarin is an added advantage Candidate must be able to work on rotated weekends.
