Key areas of responsibility
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide remote support for customers. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues. Handle escalations from support teams.
2. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with sales, R&D, and product teams to align customer needs. Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
3.
Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Support
Assist sales teams in technical discussions or product demonstrations. Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Skills and attributes
Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science. Bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese customers). Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of different network operating system implementations and installations Minimum 3-years working experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
