Responsibilities & Skills

Candidate can expect to:

• Develop FPGA-based system solutions expanding into various verticals including Vision and AI, server security, industrial automation, communications and automotive.
• Develop RTL code to integrate IP/refernce designs/solutions, customize designs and build new systems that meets specific customer requirements.
• Test and validate system features and perform regression testing.
• Creating product collaterals to guide end-users on how to use and integrate Lattice design solutions and software into their end products.
• Providing technical support to Field Applications Engineers and end customers on issues they encounter while integrating Lattice solutions in their system.

• BS/MS in EE/CE with 5-8+ years of experience in architecture/microarchitecture, RTL design and verification
• Hands-on RTL design and verification experience working on either ASICs, SOCs or FPGAs is required.
• Experience with system integration of multiple IPs (eg: I2C, SPI, USB), software/hardware co-design for PFR solutions is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of RISC-V systems is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze architectures/microarchitectures and circuit options to find optimal design points considering power/performance/area tradeoffs is required
• Problem solver and creative thinker, ability to transform ideas from research articles into working solutions for real-world problems
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment
