We're looking for a cheerful and motivated intern to join our Customer Service team! If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and learning new things, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Chatting with customers via email, phone, or live chat to help with their questions.
Supporting the team in resolving customer issues and making sure they're happy.
Keeping track of customer feedback and helping us improve.
Assisting with reports and other admin tasks.
Working closely with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Joining team meetings and sharing your ideas!
What We're Looking For
A student currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Friendly and clear communicator.
Eager to learn and willing to take initiative.
Able to multitask and stay organized.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bonus if you've had any customer-facing experience (but not required!).

Pay: RM1,050.00 per month
