Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via multiple channels (calls/emails/chats)
  • Address travel-related inquiries and issues communicated
  • Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations
  • Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach
  • Respond and manage customer feedback and complaint
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • Required language(s): Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Must have at least 6 months experience in Customer Service/BPO Industry
*Experience in the airlines/aviation industry will be an added advantage* Salary: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Application Question(s):
