Job Description


Are you a SPM / Diploma or Degree holder looking for an opportunity to work in a rapidly growing BPO that does meaningful work? If so, this may be the role for you! We are looking for energetic young people who are hungry to learn new things, love to solve challenges but most importantly want to provide excellent customer service. Get to Know the Role:

  • Handling incoming calls, managing service enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other raising issues related to the company\'s products.
  • Constantly work towards improving customer experience.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
The Successful Applicant:
  • Required language for this role: English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates must possess at least an SPM and above.
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates who are interested in starting their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply: full on the job training provided.
  • Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
  • Applicants must be able to join immediately.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
