Customer Experience & Sales Associate Korean Speaker
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
oProvide support via chat, email, calls, and instant messaging
oHandle advertiser inquiries and troubleshoot issues
oGuide clients on advertising best practices and product features
oConduct outreach to promote advertising opportunities (80+ daily interactions)
oHelp advertisers optimize performance and grow their ad spend
oWork with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery
Requirements:
oExperience in customer service or sales (cross-selling/upselling is a plus)
oGood understanding of social media platforms
oComfortable using Microsoft and Google tools
oFluent in English (spoken & written); other language skills are a bonus
oMinimum diploma/college degree in any field
oStrong communication and problem-solving skills
oSales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
