Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and Mandarin-proficient professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. The ideal candidate should be available to start within two weeks and will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance and resolving inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convey information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Immediate availability to start within two weeks.
