In this position, you will be in a key role to help shape and enable the Roche Diagnostics Malaysia strategy, and contribute to the overall Roche Diagnostics vision. Able to analyze data generated from digital solutions and provide insights/action recommendations from the data analysis. Deliver consultancy services to the customers by providing the brief, reviewing the draft or drafting proposals and providing input. Create mutually beneficial business partnerships/arrangements with the customers by identifying, researching, analyzing and making recommendations and negotiating strategic alliances Drive new business by identifying, analyzing and comparing alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new consulting services Create a shared vision with the customer team by supporting them with change management and implementation Resolve complex customer problems by looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and facilitate implementation of solutions Analyses the evolving market environment, develops the strategy such as customer segmentations, positioning, branding, messaging, PR/communications, pricing strategy and ensures effective rollout of strategy to the marketplace. Assist in the development of a yearly Marketing Plan which outlines marketing strategies and development and implementation of business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identify potential opportunities with major accounts across the Business Area.
