Job Description
- Candidates must be fluent in mandarin as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
- Able to work on rotational shifts
- Night Shift allowance available
- Answer customer inquiry , cross checking with system if needed
- Assist customers in solving their problem
- Check account, monitor and manage payout process
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
