• Drive BAT total nicotine brand presence, awareness and performance within

2000 Horeca and entertainment outlets in Malaysia. * Holistic management of Horeca and Entertainment Outlet Channel strategic channel growth and activations execution.

• Responsible to establish and implement the relationship matrix and engagement plans to improve the in-market account relationship management.
• Responsible for managing commercial agreements with the top Channel Accounts.
• Collaborate and lead brand activation and events deployment within Horeca and Entertainment Outlet Channels.
• Lead spend effectiveness and budget within the Horeca and Entertainment Outlet Channels.
• Drive distribution performance and distributor collaborations for the Horeca and Entertainment Outlet Channels.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Possess at least a Degree or equivalent in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years in Category Management experience. Preferable FMCG, alcohol businesses and/or entertainment outlet management.
• Experience in Account Management (desirable)
• Ability to communicate clearly - Strong presentations skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel
• Have a competitive position and thrive in a team environment
• Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• A highly independent individual with excellent team-working skills
