Customer Network Support Engineer Packet Core
Job Description
About this opportunity We are now looking for a Customer Support Network Engineer (Packet Core) that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.
What you will do
- Customer Issue handling
- Handling of dedicated support
- Software Update Management (SUM) handling
- Remote Service Gateway (RSG) mentoring
You will bring
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering
- Must have 8 Years of minimum relevant working experience
- Experience on working in 4G & 5G Packet Core is must. Following applications/functions are considered to be part of Packet Core
- MME/AMF/SMF/PCC/EPG/Packet Gateway/SAPC/CCPC/5G Policy Controller
- Telco background will be an added advantage
- Argumentation skills
- Planning & organizing skills
- Customer Interfacing experience
- Fixing experience and keen to pursue
