We are looking for an enthusiastic
Customer Onboarding Specialist
to guide new customers through their journey with Swipey -- from the first call to successful activation. You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer experiences a smooth and confident start, understands Swipey's value, and is set up for long-term success.
This is an exciting cross-functional role! You'll work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience -- helping customers get started, addressing their needs, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage internal leads
-- follow up promptly, qualify them, and ensure no lead is left behind.
Conduct product demos and activation calls
-- showcase Swipey's value, walk customers through the platform, and help them get started.
Understand customer needs
-- identify business pain points, assess if Swipey is the right fit, and tailor onboarding accordingly.
Guide customers through onboarding
-- assist in setting up accounts, issuing cards, managing team access, and ensuring all steps are completed successfully.
Collaborate with internal teams
-- work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams for smooth handovers and continuous customer satisfaction.
Track progress and maintain data accuracy
-- update CRM and internal systems with lead and onboarding progress.
Collect feedback
-- identify recurring onboarding issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Who You Are
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy seeing things move from "signed" to "successfully activated."
Detail-oriented and organized -- able to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
Strong communicator -- professional, responsive, and customer-focused.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written);
proficiency in
Mandarin or Tamil
is a bonus.
Collaborative across functions (sales, success, operations, and product).
Bonus if you have experience in
customer onboarding, client success, or inside sales
within a SaaS, fintech, or tech-driven environment.
