Position: Customer Operations ExecutiveIndustry: Freight ForwardingWorking Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable every 12-months, high possibility to be converted to permanent position after 2 years)Working Location: Level 1,2,3 and 9 MCT Tower, Sky Park One City, Jalan USJ25/1, 47650 Subang Jaya, Selangor, MalaysiaWorking Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm. Saturday; 8:30am to 1:00pmSalary: Basic range from RM3,500 - RM4,500 (based on experience and qualifications) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverageJob Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree holder
• At least 1-year related experience in managing booking
• Preferably experienced in managing sea freight booking

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor orders from customer; April Fine Paper Group
• Process order from FCM to CW1 and vice versa
• Manages booking shifting to carriers based on allocations and pricing ranking as stipulated from RFQ
• Monitor D&D within agreement with carrier
• Proactively roll shipment and ensure D&D approval obtained in prior if observed shipment hit hot connection
• Liaise with Documentation team to ensure ZB completed timely for hot connections
• Work together with Mill team to ensure laden ship out according to plan
• Work with depot and carrier to ensure empty containers released timely
• Work with barge operators and carriers to ensure container list updated in system accordingly for shipment to onboard assigned vessels
• Perform empty and laden container barge upload to FCM
• Observe KPI agreed with customer
• Work closely with Procurement on escalations for carrier whom unable to meet allocations agreed
• Work closely with SIN/FTG team on order shifting between PKG/SIN/FTG
• Perform any other task assigned by Superior.
