About the Role



This is a placement for a client of Straat-X ICT Sdn Bhd, who is looking for

Customer Operations Executive

position. This is not your typical support role. We're looking for a

smart, proactive generalist

who thrives on solving problems, improving systems, and delivering outstanding customer experience.

As part of a

small, high-performing team

, you'll play a key role in shaping how we operate, serve customers, and scale efficiently. Your impact will be immediate and meaningful across all aspects of customer operations.

Home-based setup

Work Schedule:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern US Time (Shift 1) & 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern US Time (Shift 2)

Salary range:

RM 4000 - RM 5500


There will be additional performance bonus as additional incentives

Key Responsibilities



1. Frontline Support



Address customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly, empathetically, and accurately. Deliver high-quality support across email, chat, or other communication channels.

2. Customer Onboarding & Success



Guide new customers through the onboarding process and set clear expectations. Help customers understand and maximize use of our systems and products.

3. Proactive Outreach



Identify potential customer challenges before they escalate. Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and responsiveness.

4. Ownership & Process Improvement



Take full ownership of your daily tasks and deliverables. Help refine and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for greater efficiency.

5. Internal Collaboration



Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Tech, Sales) to relay customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications

No formal education requirement. Selection is based on

skills

and

experience.

2-3 years of experience

in

operations, customer success, or customer support

, preferably within a

startup or high-growth environment

(Compulsory). A

natural problem-solver

with analytical thinking and a bias toward action (Compulsory).

Excellent communicator

- clear, concise, and confident in both written and verbal English.

Self-motivated

, independent, and comfortable working remotely (Compulsory). Highly

organized and detail-oriented

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
