Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage Order and dispatch Processing transactions accurately and promptly
  • Support business objectives; deliver high level of service & performance
  • Co-ordinate with Planning to ensure stock availability as required.
  • Co-ordinate with Finance to ensure credit release on time.
  • Co-ordinate with Logistics to ensure special instructions are received/ understood, as required.
  • Demonstrates and communicates to FSEs and internal production, procurement, and supply chain
  • Provides Communication with FSEs is on a daily basis via email, text, and cell phone.
  • Performs tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfilment and post-sales service
  • Addresses moderately complex issues such as finding stock for obsolete parts, transferring orders between plants or stock locations and communicating FedEx delays to FSEs
  • Resolves complex FSE order issues with minimal supervision
  • Recommends alternate products to meet FSEs needs
  • Run various SAP reports, perform analysis and suggest opportunity to improve logistic KPI (right part at the right place with right quality and cost)
  • Support cost reduction and/or process improvement initiatives
  • Occasional data entry in the Baxter tool-Prophet
  • FSL management and inventory reconciliation
  • Perform inventory analysis and suggest opportunity for inventory reduction and savings
