• Liaise with APTD, Package design, PE, Test, Process, QRA team on NPI project schedule.
• Understand technical risk and able to push technical envelope whenever possible to design packaging solution that is processable, optimizing quality vs cost and cycle time.
• Perform Technical Risk Assessment on NPI projects. Plan materials, process and equipment selection to mitigate risk. Plan Checkout and FUT to validate process are good to support qualification build
• Perform design, process and material optimizations to ensure robust NPI introduction.
• Oversee all commercial aspects including RFQ, NPI / MP Launch, scheduling, coordination and payment follow up.
• Sustainable customer relationship, with the overall focus to ensure customer satisfaction & retention in order to generate business growth.
• Effective communication and successful execution of customer program.
• Lead project & operation to meet internal & external customer KPI target.
• Conduct regular business review with customer.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Delegate project tasks to project team member; coordination & documentation.
• Track project performance accordingly to the respective phase gates, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Presentation skill to internal meeting& customer meeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Business, Management, and / or Engineering discipline
• 10 years relevant experience in project management / marketing / manufacturing industries.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels, including with senior management,customers, suppliers and factory personnel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel for BOM analysis and presentation slide using Power Point
